Endor for Gorgias

A Chrome side panel that analyzes the current Gorgias ticket — summary, suggested reply, recommended action, and sentiment — in one click.

Install in 4 steps

    Download and unzip

    Click the button above and extract the ZIP somewhere you can find again.

    Open chrome://extensions

    Paste that URL into the address bar of Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Arc, then turn on Developer mode in the top-right.

    Load unpacked

    Click Load unpacked and pick the unzipped folder. Pin the Endor icon to your toolbar.

    Connect and analyze

    Click the Endor icon, sign in once, then open any Gorgias ticket and hit Analyze.

The extension reads only the URL of the Gorgias ticket you're viewing. Ticket content is fetched server-side via your workspace's Gorgias API credentials. See our privacy policy.
